Burgers with Bacon Onion Butter

This was a quick post with pictures of my Bacon Onion Butter burgers. The butter goes well with steak so I figured with Burgers it would work well. The pictures are out of sequence but you can see what I did. Half the ground beef on the press, a scope of butter, then the second half of the beef goes on the press and viola butter infused burgers.

Here is a recipe for onion butter but originally it was from the BBQ rubs, marinades and sauces book (my secret).
